Return Policy Overview
At our store, we're dedicated to ensuring your shopping experience is seamless from start to finish.Before your order is sent out, each product undergoes a rigorous Quality Inspection Process to uphold our high standards.
We recommend that customers carefully check their measurements before making a purchase, as sizing standards can vary across different items.
Should you receive an item that is defective, damaged, incorrectly sized, or not what you ordered, we urge you to contact us promptly. We promise to provide solutions within one working day. Please note that returns or exchanges will only be processed with valid reasons for the aforementioned conditions.
Returned items must be sent back to us for processing. Once we receive the returned item(s), we'll start the resolution process within five business days and issue a refund within the following ten working days. Please be aware that shipping fees are non-refundable as they cover the cost of each delivery service utilized. Our warranty period is 15 days from the date of receipt; beyond that, our services will not be available.
Conditions for Return
For hygiene reasons, undergarments, bodysuits, swimwear, and accessories cannot be refunded or returned.
All custom items are made based on your specific measurements and requirements, so they are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
All prom dresses,wedding dresses and bridesmaid dresses are thoughtfully made by hand and involve high production costs, thus they're final sale and can’t be returned or refunded. (If you notice small issues like loose threads or minor stitching problems, please reach out to our customer service within 48 hours of receiving your order.).
Before shipping your return, please inform our customer service team of the reasons for the return.
Returned packages must be in good condition, with the products unworn and unused. We will not accept damaged, washed, or altered items.
We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
Purchases made with coupons are not eligible for return or exchange. If you used a coupon along with another form of payment, only the amount exceeding the coupon value is refundable.
Procedure for Returns
- Initiate contact with Customer Service, providing your Account Email Address, a detailed description of the issue, your request, and photographic evidence.
- Await order return confirmation.
- Dispatch the return package to the specified address, subsequently emailing us the tracking information.
- An automatic refund will be processed within 10 working days following the receipt and inspection of the return.
Contacting Us
To report an issue, please provide your order account email address and order number, along with a comprehensive description of the concern. For defective, incorrect, or misrepresented items, clear photographic or video evidence is required. Before returning any items, confirm all relevant details with our Customer Service team via email.
*Kindly note: We currently do not offer complimentary returns. Therefore, customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping fees. We recommend using a standard shipping service with tracking for returns.
Timeline for Compensation
For returned goods, we allocate five business days from receipt to process the solution, with a refund issued within ten working days thereafter.
